Our Terms & Conditions for Public Training
By registering to one of Mithun Training & Consulting (Mithun) public courses, the Customer and delegate agree to the terms and conditions below. The Customer is the individual or organization that is paying for the training course. The delegate is the individual participant in the training course.
Unless specified in the course description, the courses are full day courses. A course starts at 9:00 and ends at about 17:00.
The course description specifies which courses should be followed prior to the course or which knowledge is required to be able to attend the course.
The course price includes all required course materials, lunch, and coffee and tea. Travel and cost of the delegate is not included, and is to be paid for by the Customer. All prices are exclusive of VAT at the current rate. Different course rates apply for additional subjects, additional options, as well as for customized and onsite courses. Please contact your Mithun Training & Consulting account manager for further information.
The published price stated on the registration form used to register the delegate will be the invoiced price. Should an official price-change occur between registration and course delivery, the lowest of the two will be applicable. Special action prices are not included.
All fees will be subject to VAT at the current rate. Payment is due immediately after receipt of the invoice. Payment must be received by Mithun before the start of the course. Failure to pay prior to a course may compromise the guaranteed space on that course.
Cancellation by the Customer:
Cancellations and postponements must be communicated to Mithun Training & Consultancy in writing immediately and must be received at our offices at least 11 working days prior to the course date. This applies to all scheduled and non-scheduled courses. Penalty Fees may be incurred by the Customer as a percentage of the published course fees of the particular course being canceled or postponed, depending on the notice period given prior to the course date:
0-11 working days : 100% of published course fee payable
12-29 working days : 50% of published course fee payable
30 working days + : 0% penalty
Transfers and Substitutes:
Transfers to other courses may be possible depending on availability but these will be on a standby basis only. Cancellation fees may still apply if sufficient notice is not provided as above. All transfers will be chargeable at € 50 per delegate to cover administrative costs. Substitute delegates with suitable experience may be sent at short notice and no charges will apply in this situation.
Cancellation by Mithun Training & Consulting:
Mithun reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course a maximum of five working days before the start of the course. In the event of Mithun having to cancel or reschedule a course because of illness of the instructor or any other reason, Mithun will propose a solution within a reasonable timeframe. Mithun cannot take responsibility for additional expenses incurred by the Customer as a result of cancellation or re-scheduling by us.
Venue and Parking Facilities:
After receipt of your registration, Mithun will send the delegate, unless stated otherwise, information on the venue and designated parking facilities. Delegates who will come by car will receive a free exit card of the designated parking garage.
Responsibility of Mithun Training & Consulting:
Mithun does not accept any responsibility for the achievements of the delegates after termination of the course.
