When an organization is implementing a new common way of working, people need to be involved and guided through the process of change.  When all the steps have been taken enabling change, the people involved still need to be able to ask questions their without any thresholds.

The moment that the new way of working will start paying off, is when people start using the new way of working effectively.  Realistically this moment does not occur immediately after they learn the new way of working.

Weaknesses must be eliminated to ensure smooth functioning of new processes.  To prevent “process entropy” successful improvement initiatives provide comprehensive support and encourage staff members to practice the new procedures.
